Exchanges or returns

We want you to be completely happy with your order from LUUKS. If you are not satisfied, you can exchange or return the items. We apply the “no good, money back” rule to our current collection. To make the exchange or return easier, we ask you to enclose a copy of your invoice/order confirmation and send it back with the return. We would also like to receive an email stating why you are returning the product.

If you would like to exchange or return an item, please let us know within 8 days of receiving your article by email to support@luuks.nl. If you want to exchange, please let us know which size or color you want so that we can reserve this item for you if it is in stock. We will send you the reserved item as soon as we have received the return. We would like to receive returns back within 14 days.

We will send the first exchange free of charge, but for subsequent exchanges we will charge shipping costs.

Return shipments are at your own expense and risk. We advise you to send the article as parcel post with a Track&Trace number.
