Shipping & Returns

• We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and the following E.U. countries for orders over €150: Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, and Spain. For orders under this amount, we charge €6.95 for shipping.
• For other European countries, we charge €15.
• For the rest of the world, we charge €30.=

Your order will be shipped with PostNL’s standard service. You can track the status of your package using a track and trace code that we will send you. We send the packages by registered mail, so a signature is required for receipt of the shipment.

Delivery of your order
In the Netherlands
Your package will be delivered in the Netherlands by PostNL. Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day. If you place your order on the weekend, the order will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. If PostNL is unable to deliver the package, you will receive a message in the mailbox requesting you to pick up the package at the nearest pick-up point. This can be up to three weeks after the last delivery attempt. If the order is not picked up, the package will be returned to the sender.

Rest of the world
For AUSTRALIA, UNITED STATES, JAPAN and SOUTH KOREA we use DHL EXPRESS.

All other countries
Your order will be delivered by local PostNL agencies.
