ORDERS
You can place an order with us by clicking on your chosen item, which will add it to your shopping cart. You can then check your shopping cart and make any changes. Once you have decided to purchase your chosen item and after filling in the order form, including payment information, click on Checkout, after which you will be redirected to Worldline, where you can make the payment. After this, your order is completed. Once the payment is completed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation of your order by e-mail.

PRICES
The prices listed on our Webshop include 21% VAT, but exclude shipping costs. For deliveries within the Benelux, no shipping costs are charged. For customers outside the E.U., the prices appear without 21% VAT as soon as your delivery address is located in a country outside the European Union. All import duties abroad are for the account of the customer.

Different rules apply to online orders and purchases in our store for customers outside the EU.
ONLINE ORDERS (WEB SHOP)
If your shipping address is outside the European Union, you do not have to pay VAT (21%). The VAT will automatically be deducted from the sales price as soon as you have entered your shipping address at the check-out. Please note that you are responsible for import tax or other local taxes in the country where you live. LUUKS is not responsible for this and will not reimburse these costs if you want to exchange the product. When returning, always clearly state on the package that it concerns a “return shipment”.
PURCHASES IN OUR STORE – TAX-FREE SHOPPING
Do you live outside the European Union and are you visiting our store in Amsterdam? Then you can get 21% VAT back on purchases via tax-free shopping.
This is how it works at LUUKS:
– In the store you always pay the full amount including 21% VAT
– We register your purchase digitally
– You will receive a digital voucher/QR code
– Have this scanned by customs before checking in
– After digital confirmation by customs, we will automatically refund the 21% VAT to your credit card
